The “Serbian Chefs” is a big knife, there is no mistake, however it is a versatile and extremely functional knife that fits well into any kitchen. The wide profile of the blade and offset handle lends it perfectly to processing larder items such as whole vegetables, large cuts of meat and cutting sandwiches (I find it perfect for cutting up pumpkins, potatoes, and corn). However, the “Serbian Chefs” also works amazing for chopping up herbs and leafy greens due to the gentle rocker of the blade and thin blade geometry.
The Serbian Chefs is made from 52100 high carbon steel, has a blade length of 190mm (7”1/2’), handle length of 130mm, blade width of 65mm and a spine thickness of 3mm.
This particular Serbian Chefs features a Tasmanian Blackwood handle with Damascus G10 and spacers.
