Our Budget utility knives are basically a mini chefs knife but for a fraction of the price! These utility knives have all the function and cutting precision you'd expect from a high end kitchen knife, but with a simple yet elegant design.
 
The goal of these utility knives is to do the smaller jobs such as processing vegetables, fruit, meat or making sandwiches or even a whole meal with ease without needing to reach for your larger blades. Often excelling at the jobs that your bigger chefs knife isn’t needed for or wouldn’t be precise enough to handle.
 
Our Utility knife has a blade length of approximately 140mm (5”1/2’) and a handle length of approximately 115mm, the blade width comes in at just under 40mm and the spine is 3mm with a distal taper to the tip.
